I unexpectedly bought a very young puppy, and managed to get an appointment the day I called. The staff, including the vet himself, were so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to that it was a complete pleasure. I have actually told a few friends who live near me about it, and they plan to switch from their current vet because of the distance away from them and traffic. I was very confident with my recommendation
