I was very impressed by the fact that Dr. Davenport himself called me with Laima s test results. And, there was a follow-up call about her dosages. Awesome!

I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and was told it was due to someone earlier being late for their appointment. Why not institute policies like many doctors offices; i.e., if you are more than 10 minutes late you have to reschedule, or wait and be worked in as time permits. I very much enjoyed meeting Dr. McDonald - he is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

We have recently moved to Reno and had used Pinion Veterinary Hospital 2 years ago while here on vacation. Pinion did not dissapoint. Great staff and great service just like 2 years ago. Thank you!

I go to Pinion Veterinary because I know my pets get the best upfront, honest, and complete care. I know Dr Davenport is caring for my dogs just as he would his own. And his staff is awesome too ???? ????

The young lady who helped us was super helpful. She opened the carrier from the top, instead of dragging my unwilling cat out through the door. She put down a towel on the cold examining table and washed out the carrier after my cat had urinated in it on the drive to the vet.

I was very impressed with the staff! Friendly and prompt. Will definitely be coming back!

Pinion Veterinary Hospital is always clean and odor free; the staff are amazing, and so are all the doctors. I have been bringing my 2 Shih Tzus to Pinion for over 10 years, and it’s always the same. I would give Pinion 10 stars if I could.

I would suggest not putting cheese whiz on the floor and having my dog lick it as a distraction. Floors are filthy and not disinfected before each new patient. I was also supposed to receive a call with the results of my dogs blood test for heart worm. I never got a call and had to call the next day.

My dog is so much better. I was so glad this office was open on Saturday. The staff was very nice and the vet explained everything very well. I will be taking him back in the future for vaccines.

I love Dr. Jackson and she is always spot on and honest. The tech staff is most of the time competent and friendly and empathetic, but the front office leaves a lot to be desired. It s been my pet peeve for years and not much has changed. Sad.

Dr. Tiffani Thomas was everything I hoped for plus more, when listening to my concerns about my dogs skin allergies. She provided excellent suggestions and support.

WAITING TIME ONCE IN THE ROOM WAS 15+ MINUTES WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR TO GIVE HIM A SHOT.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, will return and would recommend to others!

I have been taking my pets to Pinion since 2002 and would not take them to any other animal hospital. From the staff to the Vets I have never had a problem with them I recommend Pinion to all my family and friends. Dr. Davenport is the best Vet in Reno.

We were very please with our visit. Really appreciated getting in for our appointment so fast. Our Lady is doing much better she is putting so weight on her foot now.

I was very impressed with the clinic. We were checked on multiple times while waiting for the doctor and he seemed very knowledgeable.

The day of our visit the office was down two technicians and they were running late, but the wait was not all that long and Dr. Thomas spent the time she needed to complete a thorough exam of Remy. Even though it was a little chaotic that day - her demeanor was calm and collected and she focused on the dog/patient in front of her.

Everyone was great. Dealt with our new kitties so well even though Orange Cat scratched her. Kitties love to bite and scratch. Staff is always very friendly loving and caring. Depending on our animals issues they step right up and handle the animals with love and respect. Dr Davenport is the kindest Vetenerian we have ever known. Novella Kowallek
