this was the second time in just a couple of weeks that i needed to take my little yorkie to the vet. the first was when a squirrel bit him and the second time was when he went for revenge. he hurt his paw. thanks to the kind and caring staff and docs!

Everyone was so sweet to my dog, and loved him as their own. I never had used pinion before and in my dog s time of need you couldn t have been better. I look forward to his treatment plan here in the future.

The front desk girl could work on her customer service and social skills, she was not a welcoming person and did not say a word to me when i walked in, but i was not there for her. Otherwise, i was very pleased with the Dr and the technicians and they handled my difficult Belgian Malinois with respect and care. The cleanliness was much better than the nightmare I experienced at klaich animal hospital. Thank you to all the vets at Pinion, i will certainly bring Doobie back in the future if he needs vetrnarian care.

He has promised us to send us an Explanation for our Cat Chloe, That Will tell us how the test came out , do We have not received anything yet. Dr Thomas was very kind and patient with her explanations. I m still awaiting an estimate for a punch or excision biopsy, not sure if that is due to Dr Jackson being busy or if the request for an estimate wasn t communicated to the administrative team.

The only thing I would say it was such a quick visit I made next time just get a Bordetella at the SPCA or something don’t think a doctor visit was even necessary but great staff great doctor very friendly very professional couldn’t ask for better
