Do you sterilize the anal thermometer after each use? We only noticed wiped with paper towel and put back in drawer. I expected a more thorough exam by doctor by feeling around my dog and looking into ears.

I was supposed to get a call back regarding ear drops for my cat but I have yet to receive one with the prescription type and it has been about 3-days. They were very busy at the time of my arrival. The cat had an ear issue yet no one looked on the interior portion of her ears to check for internal infection so i am not sure that is normal procedure however she has had a history of scratching but it seems like every time i have brought her to the other vets they at least check to see if there is any internal damage so I thought that was a bit odd. The doctor/technician were very kind and so polite I really liked them both but the wait time was about 1 hr. I assume they had some sort of emergency.

Regarding your waiting room: The seating, what there is is uncomfotable. Drinking wster would be nice, especially during our long, hot summers . The staff are friendly and Dr. Jackson s demeanor instills a feeling of trust. The building style is homey unlike many Chain Vets . Keep up the good work.

I waited 45 min for a scheduled appointment for 1 vaccine. I left prior to seeing the vet. I don’t have that kind of spare time to wait. Recommend texting clients when their scheduled appointments will not be timely. This gives them the option of canceling and not wasting their time

I believe the Doctors and staff at Pinion are very engaged and understand the the bonds people forge with their animal family members. Thus, in my opinion they are thoughtful and thorough when administering checkups and treatments. No longer do my doggies fret when visiting the Doctor!

My Appointment was for 1:30. I arrived early due to having 2 dogs. I was taken into the large exam room where I waited about 20 minutes for a tech to greet me and my dogs. There was 1 other person ahead of me with her dogs. After the tech came, I was in the room for another 25 minutes before the doctor came in. The whole appointment took almost an hour with 1 exam and 1 toe nail trim and the exam was just to get a RX filled for another year. Seems likes the spacing of appointments could allow more time so it doesn t take so long to be seen. I then had to wait to get out of the big room because there was a man and his dog there and it took me a couple of times for the staff to realize I couldn t get out with my dogs and I had to go through the back door and around. My receipt says 2:26PM.

I feel that blood tests should have been suggested and performed. Neither you nor Sierra Vet Specialists performed any yet radical treatment options have been suggested without any knowledge as to the cause of Oscar s problem.
