I arrived at 2:50 for a 3:00 appt - at 3:10 I explained to reception that I had to pick up my daughter from school and could not wait too much longer. At 3:22, as I still had not been taken to a room, I had to leave.

Your front front office is at minimum passable. I ve been going to Pinion for 8 years now, do you think the same person would ever remember my name by now. I was also directly in contact with clients in my business, the 2nd time they came back I greeted them with their name. It s not that hard. Front office is surly! Vet s assistant Kathy is wonderful as is Dr. Jackson and Dr. Davenport.
