The staff is amazing as usual. Dr. Hale is so kind, carrying and knowledgeable and always makes sure we understand any problem or treatment plan for our pets, without making us feel rushed. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide competent, living care to all of our pet. Thanks!

Sorry to say but our appt with Dr layman was horrible & we were considering finding a new vet until i found out dr hale was still there. I hope the office is not changing!

This is the absolute best vet I ve ever taken my animals to. They were able to give me a same day appointment and that was great! Upon arriving, the facility was super clean, the women at the front desk were very polite and helpful and we only waited 5 minutes, if that long. We were called into an exam room by a very friendly lady who explained everything so I could understand it. She was very knowledgeable and treated my dog so well. When the vet came in, he was very polite, very gentle with my dog and explained everything he was doing. I will for sure be going back to this facility in the future! Their prices are very reasonable as well.

We love it here. We know Daisy is in great hands.

My pet gets good care here but the cost is almost more than we can afford. I would recommend to a friend that they look for a more reasonably priced pet care facility. The doctor we saw at our last appointment was excellent. The receptionist embarrassed me in font of other people.

You are all wonderful every time I come in.

The doctors and staff are always excellent. Thank you to everyone for helping with our little ones.

Dr. Lloyd always takes the time needed for Buster to warm up to him before beginning any examination, which can be a long time as Buster is VERY fearful of the vet. More so than the other vets, which is why we prefer to go to him. I never feel shamed as a dog owner that my dog isn t an agreeable, happy pet when he encounters situations he s uncomfortable with and displays fearful aggression. Dr. Lloyd just takes us as we are and gives Buster as much care as a person can give a dog who gets mean when frightened.

Dr Greenfield was very kind and informed about Amara. He also had some good ideas about her anxiety and the ongoing challenges we continue to face.

Dr. Bruiter (sp?) helped my 16 year old kitty. She took a proactive stance with treatment and medication. I do regret that Annie s appt prior to Dr. B s was not approached in the same way.

I think a garbage can outside for people who have dogs that do their business before they come in would be very helpful. A lot of us are coming for other reasons and NOT to check a fecal specimen. I suggest this every time I come because my dogs usually go when they get there. You have bags outside but no can !!! Please consider.

Zoey had been in for an ear infection about 12 days before this visit the doctor told me to come in for this visit to verify that the infection was gone. I the received a bill for $82.00. I thought this visit was a follow up and would be no charge. During the visit, I commented that Zoey had stopped scratching her ears and the doctor said that means the infection is gone. There was no reason for me to follow up and be charged for a visit. I did complain and they reduced the charge to $39. Still unhappy!

I love going here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. And they love my dog too which is a big plus!
