I really appreciated the way the staff has always treated me and my pets, and is always very helpful. They do go above and beyond to help the pet and client emotionally and physically. I will always take my animals here. I appreciate everything they do for us.

The staff here treat both of our fur family members like family. We couldn t ask for a better group of people to care for our family!

We did not have an appointment when we arrived at the Hebron Animal Hospital. Our puppy was really sick, and we automatically went to the Animal Hospital thinking that was our best chance of getting him better as quickly as possible. Even though they were booked up for the night, the vet agreed to help us. We were shown a room shortly after arriving and the whole staff was just so sweet to our puppy. We were so scared when we arrived and the Vet and staff did everything necessary to calm our fears and help figure out what was wrong with Dyson. We will most certainly be coming back to the Hebron Animal Hospital in the future for all of our veterinarian needs. Thank you!!

I liked the fact that cats and dogs have separate examination rooms. The place was very clean, and the staff treated my pets with dignity.

My cat is doing amazing since this visit. Not only did the flea treatment make her more comfortable, but I took some advice about encouraging her to use the litterbox and she HAS used it consistently since I made some changes. I didn t know if I d be able to keep her before, so I am so happy that the advice did the trick!

A previous appointment I had with my large dog was difficult she is terrified to walk on slick surfaces. She is too heavy to carry. I suggest getting a large wagon (nursery wagon with fold down sides). It would also help transport injured big dogs inside.

Friendly staff; great vets; pleasant, clean facilities; excellent service

I was impressed with my first visit there. It was a clean facility and the staff was courteous. They were ready for us when we arrived and I like the evening hours that are available.

The pet wellness plan sounds great. I don t mind paying more for your services because you guys are great, but a bill of $200-300 isn t always an option for us, therefore, we fall behind on their annual visits and vaccinations.

Even though the lit candle made me sad, I also greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness since I myself have needed to say goodbye to loved pets at previous doctor s offices.

Dr. Brittany and the staff were incredible. They made us feel so welcome. She was also great engaging my kids, who are new pet owners :)
