We had an emergency and they got us in right away. It was terrific that we were able to get into our regular vet rather than going to MedVet.

Lower you prices, they are awfully high, other than that I tried to give you five stars on the above but couldn t

Dr. Hale is a great vet. He always takes time for my pet and he always answers my guestions.He also always tells me to call if Ihave any guestions and he does return my calls.

It was very hectic the day we were in, and we waited for 10-15 minutes to move to an exam room. My dog really didn t get a full exam but I was ready to go based on our wait and my dog being stressed. Her temp wasn t checked, or her body condition. I could have asked for more time but it had already been a stressful experience for my dog. Dr. Layman always takes time and answers any questions that I have. I appreciate her kind and gentle manner in handling my senior girl.

Great and friendly office and staff. Very good with my dog.

Sox, Spike and I always feel at home when we are there. Everyone from the doctors to the techs to the reception ladies make us feel welcome and comfortable. Wouldn t take my kids anywhere else but here!

She (Brittney) was friendly up until I told her I was not getting the meds from her but they are cheaper on line, then she became unfriendly!

Their receptionists are the most friendly people on the planet.

Dr. Hale is amazing. He is great with answering questions and making myself and my animals feel comfortable. He s the vet for both my cats and my dogs and I ve always left with a sense that he really cares about their well-being. I m moving closer to Cincinnati, but will still bring my animals here because of him.

I am so glad I chose to bring my dogs here. Dr. Brittany Bueter was very thorough and the staff was excellent. One of my dogs gets anxious but he was having a great time shortly after we got there. I appreciate the level of care given to my Sammy and Lincoln. We are here to stay.
