Called and scheduled an appointment for the same day, the staff listened to my concern and was efficient throughout the whole process. Everyone was friendly and had a positive attitude. For something I thought could be devastating it actually turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Thanks!

I bought a puppy from the the puppy stop,and was given a coupon explaining that you were the vet that had examined the puppy before and we were given a coupon to see you. I explained to the desk staff as well as the vet that seen us that we had a vet and that we were 45 minutes away.I was assured that all test results would be transferred to our vet and there would be no problem. after paying 65 dollars for a stool examine that my vet does for 20 dollars I was then told that dr. weiss would need to ok the transfer of the results to my vet. I all ready am aware that the puppy stop has falsified documents about our puppy and have proof. I feel that there may be culpability or a collaboration between both parties. We are proceeding with appropriate action.

I was there two days in a row for sick cats and there was a definite difference in the two visits. The first day the front desk and asst were so caring and sweet. The second day the other girls at the front desk didn t seem to care at all

We have 2 dogs that you have seen on multiple occasions. On this particular Saturday, our one dog was vomiting mucus/bile w/blood, also diarrhea w/red blood as well. Initially we were turned away, told to call blackhorse pike vet, who in turn suggested you. My wife and I were about to run up to Mt Laurel 24 hour hospital, when you called back with a cancellation. Initially we were both very disappointed, but recovery and follow-up was excellent. Thank You.

I put one star down regarding questions 3 & 4 because the provider did not listen to my husband at all regarding Suzy and her pain. To make things worse, my husband asked the front staff if there was pain medication for Suzy and they said yes. So my husband returned home with two antibiotics, one of which she did not need, and no pain medicine. The provider and staff need to listen to their customers better and develop better communication skills so this doesn t happen to anyone else.

The situation with Willow was mishandled from the beginning. We weren t even offered to see her x-rays and all proceedings were done out of sight. If she had survived perhaps I would feel differently.

I discussed this with the doctor already but I feel I must say this again. I do think my cat s dental extractions may have been avoidable if during last year s check up, the doctor took a little more time to examine my cat s teeth more carefully. I do find it hard to believe that his teeth became so deteriorated in 1 year. Maybe if he had the dental cleaning last year, he wouldn t needed the cleaning AND extractions this year, not to mention the $1100 fees. I know cats can be difficult to examine but I do feel that is your business. I don t think my other cat, Grady, has ever had his temperature taken because he is difficult during the exams. Everyone in your office is very kind and helpful and I have no complaints there. However, the cursory exams need to be elimated no matter how resistant the cats are.

Nice group of people. I have to honestly say though... pricing was...WOW! WAY over what I ve paid in the past. Normally, I would pay between $30-$35 for the heartworm test and around $55 for the 6 month supply of Heartguard. I won t even get into the cost of the ear infection. Crazy expensive would be the only negative I experienced. Staff was great and doctor was nice too.
