Everyone was very nice except for the DR. She did not smile or say hi. Matter of fact she was rude to the Tech that was helping me. I will not go back to that Dr again.

I love you guys which is why I switched all my pets to your location. My only complaint - It was really hard for me to leave my little dog in the am for dental, I rushed back for pick up at 330, I could hear her crying and was told it had been going on for a long while. I asked if i could get her and was told no not until the payment is finished.. it pissed me off.. the money procedure could wait I wanted my pet NOW not 10 minutes later, I was not going to grab and run for Christ sake.. Next time Give the pet over then run the damn card.
