Wonderful people and very friendly to us and our pets.

I live Dr. H and his staff they are always so nice and friendly to me and my fur baby.

Upon trying to leave yesterday, there was a customer with a dog near the front door and someone sitting on the corner of a cubicle with their dog. As I backed up to give the person room to move to the counter with their dog, the person sitting in the cubicle with his dog growled and went at my dog. The staff just looked at me and made no attempt to assist when I was trying to get past the dogs to leave.

I’ve been quite happy with the service I get for my pet. The folks here are very nice and treat my dog and I very well.

You front desk girl made us feel like we were interrupting her conversation with another employee. The reason we were unhappy is because our doggie was on the scale and I had to ask her to read it as Charlie was not wanting to stay on the scale any longer. She was not warm, welcoming or friendly (not even a smile!). The rest of the staff was the opposite…wonderful!

DSAH was able to give us a same day appointment and this was our dogs first time visit. Usually there is a long wait if you re not an established patient. Very friendly!

Everyone is so wonderful to Richie and us! Dr. Hillebrand is amazing, so kind and always so caring.... we are truly blessed to have him as our veterinarian. He explains things so thoroughly and makes sure all our questions are addressed.

It was a very good experience. Staff were efficient, informative, and friendly.

They’re very good with our Jackson Lee. He is getting older but is still afraid and accepts being muzzled. His mom is a mail lady and insists. We appreciate that the office is very friendly and cooperative.
