I hope the 5 yellow stars means excellent. Everything was great. The veterinarian was excellent in explaining everything. We discussed giving lulu the heart worm shot. I am interested in giving it to her. I should of told the veterinarian I will do whatever she thinks is good for lulu. I want her to have a healthy and happy life. She s the professional and knows best. I will be sure to tell her this on lulu s next visit. Thank you all at east wake veterinarian. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed the visit.

Vet called me to give me an update. I was upset by the news, but the vet did not make me feel rushed on the phone and throughly explained her diagnosis, maybe even explained it to me a few times. I appreciate your time and compassion. Thank you.

There was a huge delay due to emergencies. Understandable. No facilities were seen due to Covid restrictions. The doctor spent the time we needed to ask questions and appeared very thorough.
