I feel so lucky to have such an experienced, caring, and trustworthy veterinarian looking after my dog’s health and well being. Dr. Carter is the best!

Very disappointed with my last visit. Felt my concerns were immediately brushed off and ignored, and the staff did nothing to make me or my pet feel welcomed or cared for. When I confronted about the mistakes and lack of customer service, their immediate concern was not making it right, but making excuses. I don t know if it s been the recent merge or something else, but I ll be making other arrangements for the future. Overall staff was more worried about rushing me out the door versus greeting, making sure they correctly fixed the initial booking mistakes, and actually making my dog feel comfortable before just grabbing her leash from me and pulling her away. Not the way I like to feel when leaving the furry member of my family behind.

The groomer does a great job on Lily.

Everything was wonderful and Dr Carter seems so happy in his new home! He’s a wonderful vet.

I would love to receive an email summary of my visit and other important information for my pet. It’s hard to get a phone call with info on blood work while out and about then remember every detail and concern.

Blackie was not himself after the 2 shots for a day and a half. He was distant and moody. Who knows? Maybe he missed seeing Dr. Neeman!

Hire Dr. Turner?

I came to get my dogs nails trimmed I know that Chester’s nails aremostly black,but he does have a couple of nails that are clear and you could see they still had a lot to be trimmed so I sent him back to get his trimmed again (I had just had him in maybe a month ago to get his nails trimmed ) He still had ones that you could definitely see were too long I was met with resistance from the front desk.. I know that the nails needed to be shorter I was told by a friend of mine that I should request Jonathan that he does better work than whoever was back there trimming them at that time so for future if I choose to pay and have somebody else do it I will request Jonathon.
