I love everything about Kindness Small Animal Hospital. I followed them from their previous location off of Jupiter and Lookout Rd. When my Daeja had to be put down back in 2012, Dr. Neeman was so personable and compassionate. He made the entire experience bearable as I had never had to see one of my fur babies transition. That s what sealed the deal for me that if I ever got another one, he would be her vet! I trust him entirely and that is why he is now Riley s doc! The staff is another reason that I continue to support this establishment. They are so attentive when I call with my concerns as they patiently listen to my ranting about whatever I think is going on with my baby. And trust me, I go through an entire story telling session sometimes....and they listen! I can t say enough about Kindness Small Animal Hospital. Their office hours are very accommodating and they have always been flexible when I ve had to adjust Riley s appointments due to my crazy work schedule. As for the location, they are very assessible off of Jupiter Rd and their facility is clean and welcoming. It s great not to be greeted with doggy smells as soon as you walk in the door! I don t know how they keep it so clean and smell free. Check them out. I m sure you won t be disappointed.

We absolutely love Kindness Small Animal Hospital. They are always so kind and courteous. This is an establishment that truly cares and is here to do what they can to help you and your fur babies. Unlike other vets, KSAH is not out for pure financial gain. We came from a different place with horrific experiences and have had nothing but excellent experiences here.

Dr Hall was very professional and answered my questions well as we decided on further treatment. I felt my kitty was well cared for.

It means a lot how much the staff care for and take care of Frankie. It always makes me feel better knowing he’s in the hands of people who love animals as much as I do. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work!

I was only able to bring one cat at appt time because the other one hid under the king bed. The said to drop off the other one when I could get her.that made it so easy to bring the other one later in the afternoon. As it turned out someone was a no show and I got to have a regular appt anyway. Everyone was very helpful!

Kindness always lives up to its name. Dr. Neman is the best. Love his interactions with Schroeder and Mr. Beasley. You can see the love and compassion for our pets and pet parents.

I know that it is hard to get into see you because your practice is so amazing. I have hope you can find another vet. I hate to go to MED VET. I feel like the care is substandard and the people just don t care. Kindness is amazing. I recommend it to everyone I come in contact with even if they do not have a pet. I am sure they know someone that could use a fantastic vet. Your staff is TOP NOTCH and so polite. You should bottle their attitude and sell it!!!

Dr. Newman is not only great with animals, but always makes a point to engage the kids. Daisy, Rose, and Thomas all love going to Kindness!

We have been clients for many years. Dr. Bon has been a friend and doctor to our pets these many years. He knows we have a limited income and trys hard to keep our cost manageable.

We were greeted and checked in immediately. Very friendly & helpful staff. The facility was spotless. The doctor was very nice & knowledgeable and very kind to our Rocky. After surgery, the next morning received a text asking how our boy was. Nice.

Have great faith in Dr. Bodenheimer and his staff.

Reggie was taken care of promptly as always. Received a follow up call as well and advised he was doing great. All five stars Reggie says.

You have been our vet for almost 20 years, and the reason is clear. You have given our 5 pets not only medical attention but warmth and kindness throughout their lifetimes. Kindness: in your name is wholly appropriate. And when we add a new family member you will undoubtedly be one of the first to meet them.

The “front desk” team is a critical point as they are the first and last touch points the customer hears from, in the overall process. Having a young “self assured” internist setting the tone of the conversation is dangerous. I digress, to the old saying, “Its not what you say; but its how your say it which builds or crushes business relationships!” Thank YOU for listening.
