The staff at the front desk, the vet techs as well as Dr Bob are always so kind and helpful. They will call back to give updates on my dogs or to answer any questions that I have had. I have only been bringing my dogs to this practice for less than 2 years, but am so glad that a friend referred me to Kindness Animal Clinic.

Our dog is very anxious at the vet and barks a lot. Everyone was helpful and kind even though she was anxious!

I forgot my credit card but was told to just call back that there was no need to drive back. I called back & they were as easy to work with the phone as in the clinic. It was also very easy to schedule my pups surgery!

There was confusion about the special litter. The lady who checked us out said to use it for a month (which sounded long to us), but without us asking the doctor reminded us to use it for a week.
