Never any issues coming to Kindness! We live on the far side of Garland and make the drive because Dr. Neeman is the best, and everyone truely cares for the animals. LOVE THEM!!!

Getting to the new staff this year has been fun. Everyone is very nice and professional and most of all very caring towards the animals. Scheduling has never been a problem. I m happy with the transition and will happily continue to bring my pets to this clinic.

I asked the office staff if the vet could see my dog while she was being boarded. The vet saw my dog and treated her with Tordol and steroids and she has since stopped itching. This was so convenient for me!

I love Kindness Small Animal Hospital and so do my furbabies. Dr. Neeman is awesome with the pets and treat them as if they were his own. The office staff are all kind and gentle with my babies.

I love my Dr B and the vet techs that work with him in the exam rooms. I do not like the new front office staff. They are not friendly and are often condescending, and very unhelpful.

The Doctors and Staff are always on top of their game they are professional, kind, and always helpfulness. I would recommend this facility to anyone that adores and loves their animals as they treat them like a part of your family as it should be ??. Thank you Doctor Newman and staff as Simba and I will always have a loving family Doctor.

Shane s dental visit went so well! His teeth looked so clean and shiny. The Dr. called promptly after the procedure with an update. The front desk staff is always so warm and friendly.
