Dr. Horsch is so very kind and nice. She explains everything in detail and always remembers Dexter. The whole staff could not be nicer. They have bent over backwards to do things for me and make things easier for me to take care of Dexter. I am very grateful for their concern and kindness

Guinness had a three day post boarding period when he exhibited definite signs of withdrawal likely from the calming pills you administered to him during his stay. By the fourth day, he appeared to be back to normal. At first, we thought it was some separation anxiety with us away so long, but he s never had that before. Our last extended away time was for a ten day cruise and he was perfectly normal when we got him home. This time, he was very stressed, nervous and pacing endlessly around the house. He also did a lot of crying like he wanted something, but nothing we did for him worked to quiet him down. We really believe the drug was the cause. He also urinated much more frequently than normal, which has also subsided. Just letting you know.

Staff were so kind, my concerns and fears were alleviated. This was maintained even when Cavan pooped a brown lake in the exam room. I commend their professional attitude while caring for him.

I was very satisfied with my visit. However, this might sound really weird but...when I drove into the parking lot at your facility, I thought perhaps you were going out of business because the landscaping is overgrown. That was my first impression because I have seen that happen to other businesses. Are you going out of business?

We enjoyed our visit as did Lumen, she Lumen really enjoyed our doctor, she was great and spent more time which we appreciated then was expected. Lumen was very happy and enjoyed this visit. Book her again for our nest visit. Lumen will look forward to seeing the Vet, very unusual for this to happen. Our thanks for all of your professional touch. I might want to come and see you instead of my primary doctor!! Happy 4th.

I usually have a great experience when going. This past time, the vet was not friendly, didn t ask if I had any concerns with my dog and hurried me out the door. The vet assistant was snobby and not friendly either. I will request a different doctor and assistant next time I take my dog in. Very unsatisfied.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a vet with my dog. I was extremely impressed with how patient staff were with my nervous dog and I never once felt judged by his behavior, like I have at other veterinarians. I was recommended by a coworker and will continue spreading the word, recommending you guys!!!!
