Dr. Michelle Toms was awesome!!! My pets have been patients here for years, but this was the first time I have seen her. She was so kind and so thorough. My pet was having some issues and needed to be neutered quickly and she added him on to her next day for surgery. The staff has always been so awesome. You actually feel like family at Rutherford Vet!!!

We’re new to the area, and are glad to have found a veterinary hospital with such a caring staff. They spent more than two hours examining and treating our four cats and getting to know us. Very impressed.

Appts were at 3:30 and 4:00 waited approximately 45 minutes before being called back

They were wonderful!

The doctors and staff are wonderful and take great care of our dogs. One is terrified of the vet s office yet they understand and do everything possible to take good care of her, keep her calm and get her back to us as quickly as possible.

Very much enjoyed the Dr and facility. Just did not like having to wait so long for the appointment date.

Love this place and it’s people

It was a month wait to get a routine appt which we realize since you offer walk ins in the morning, you must stay very busy. We chose your office initially after moving to the area because you offer walk ins and good hours. We have used this service twice once for emergency and once for euthanasia so we are glad you offer the walk ins.

All good. We asked for urgent care for Tyson since Chance had a regular appointment. I escorted Chance and Earle escorted Tyson. We are awaiting results of lab work for Tyson. Everything was as expected. Thanks very much!

I love my pets, I just don’t know how I am going to afford getting their shots in the coming years. I know things have gone up but $200.00 in one year is frightening. I pray I can provide them with this service in the coming future….i understand help and Doctors are expensive to hire and get the quality of professionals. I have taken my dog GILBERT to Rutherford veterinary hospital since he was a puppy and have always been very pleased with the level of his care and the knowledge of the staff. I would and have recommended them to many pet owners. Recently he had a large mass appear behind his front leg. He was seen very quickly and I was told that his health was declining and we needed to spend time with him and make him as comfortable as we could. In just ten short days, on April 8, 2024 at 7:30 am with GILBERT in my arms and tears falling from my eyes my 17 year old Golden Retriever took his last breath. As heartbroken as I am I want to thank everyone at Rutherford veterinary hospital for the Love and care you gave to Gilbert Thanks again. HUGH LOGAN

Outstanding very caring staff!!

I was seen All necessary Test we re done And I just had to wait on medicine for my dog s ear And I was left there For a very long time And ended up leaving Without it. I was told By the technician that the doctor was in with another patient And it was going to be A conversation of he Didn t know how long. I was saying at least a half an hour later than my appointment And I do not appreciate This waste of my time After I get in.
