I would like to suggest that you start giving prices while treating animals and not just waiting until the end where you’re handed a very high bill. Pretty much need to discuss the cost as you’re going along clients are not surprised with a huge bill.

We came there for years with our 2 dogs Sunny and Bostic, never had a problem. The staff was always friendly and the facility clean. We really feel that they care about animals. We also loved to kennel our dogs there. Our 2 dogs always enjoyed to be there, to the point when they saw the kennel keeper they wiggled their tail and got so excited to go with him. We hope Coco will feel the same.

I suggest that your automated confirmation message take out the part about bringing in a stool sample. While I went to the trouble to bring one in for my dog s exam, I was told it wasn t necessary and it was just an automessage. If it isn t needed, then I don t think it should be in the message. Thanks!

Everything was great. Everyone was very friendly which I really appreciated because that wasn t always the case. I m very satisfied with the services and staff went above and beyond to recommend more meds that we ended up needing and comforting our boy when we weren t there.
