The lack of full time veterinarians still makes scheduling difficult. I could not get the online scheduling to work on my computer (is used to, but has stopped). The new vet tech that took the initial information about my dog s condition could be a little more professional. The veterinarians and staff are top notch! We appreciate your veterinary practice!

I HAD an appointment for Aug. 8, 2023 and when I arrived there they said I wasn t scheduled and would need to make a new appointment or pay $75 for a walk in visit. This last winter we arrived for an appointment and was told they were closed because of weather conditions. I would think if there was an unexpected closing you would contact the people who had appointments that day to inform them. After all if someone can t make it you expect 3 days notice or they will be charged for that visit. Where is the consideration for your clients when it is your error?

All was well. We were able to get in timely because of a cancellation. My pup got maintenance shots, and we recently found a large lump on his hip. The doctor took a sample and assured us it was a lipoma. The only issue was that when I called a prescription refill in, the receptionist told me just to ask for it when I came in. When I asked when I arrived I was told it would be two days. We don’t live close, 45 minutes away. I was disappointed that I was misled, and have to go back for it.

My cat, Reggie, always gets the best care at this vet’s office. Thank you

We are always very pleased with all of the Vets and Staff at Rutherford Veterinary Hospital. Everyone is kind and helpful. Our cat, Boo, needed a rabies vaccine and a distemper vaccine during our last visit. Both Katie Russell and Dr. Walker handled Boo with tender loving care as always, and Dr. Walker answered all questions we had, as usual.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Poe. Y all are all amazing! I appreciate all the love and care you have for all the animals that come to you!
