Great and courteous as always! Always provide excellent care of our pets.

The service at this vet hospital is excellent. People need to realize that the staff, medicines, lab work, etc., all cost money, so the price for things is not out of line. Dr. Walker is super nice and answers all the questions.

It was my first experience with Dr. Willis and she did a great job communicating with us about her concerns pre-op and then how the procedure went after. She and the vet tech(Keith?) were most helpful. The front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful, though I somehow got home without a receipt, they are mailing it to me. There was an email issue, but that seems to be working now. It’s good to have great follow like that when needed. Thanks for the excellent care to our pet and to us!

The $75.00 fee for Sat. appointment is a bit steep. Saturday is the easiest day of the week to come but the $75.00 charge makes it hard

If scheduling a pre op appt for a dental- You should schedule the actual dental appt as well. We had to book the pre op a month put and now have to wait another month for the dental. Terrible.

Very friendly staff was so nice and so sweet to our baby made it so much easier to leave him there for his neutering. Surgery went great and our boy healthy and happy.

Didn’t know the Wellness Exam was complimentary with the annual vaccination visit. A wonderful plus for those of us retired & on a fixed income. Thank you so much for that. It is very much appreciated.

I had an appointment for Gizmo which was almost two month after I called so appointments are not in a timely manner so when I got an email about Honey needing her shots, I ask if I could also bring her in--instead of waiting months for an appointment. Was not told there was an additional charge for dropping her off so am very upset with the cost! The cat having surgery was less expensive that the dog getting a few shots & heartworm check!

Rutherford vet has always gone above and beyond with all our animals. By far the best and most caring vet I’ve been too even when my animals can be a pain. I have and always will refer to them as the best vet in the county.

I love how kind everyone is to my dog, Gwynnie. I feel welcomed and always leave feeling like they gave me the time I needed.

Getting our puppy seen was easy and the staff always caring and kind. Loosing a beloved pet is hard, but the respect and kindness of everyone was so helpful. Dr. Greene was so kind and loving to our BullyBoy and us. Then when his ashes were there to be picked up, the staff was caring knowing how much we miss our Bully. It is these extra steps of caring for our pets and us that set this practice apart from others.

Entire staff is top notch! They truly care about their patients and make sure all questions are answered. It is a bit hard to get in at times, but I understand there are staffing issues everywhere.
