The tech was not very friendly. She didn’t introduce herself and I had to ask what her role was. She didnt seem to be animal friendly either.

I recently had to have one of my dogs euthanized..it was one of the hardest decisions I had ever had to come to. The dr was so compassionate every step of the process,explaining everything he would be doing. He helped me and my sweet boy in so many ways prior to reaching this difficult decision. His compassion for animals and their families is like none ive ever experienced. He feels like he is a part of our family and I have no intention on ever having a different dr take care of my animals..we love everyone in that office. Their level of compassion is unparalleled and irreplaceable.

The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was explained well and all questions were answered to my understanding.

I appreciated Tech Katie. She was very knowledgeable and nice. I also really like Dr. Haning. I feel very comfortable with her. It was a great experience.

Our first visit but not the last! So happy! Great Experience for us and our pup that normally does not behave at Vet visits, was a good boy!

The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t expect to spend $1000 and not really get any answers, but he is much better thank goodness. Just double what I thought it would cost.

Want to thank those who cared for Flash. He was & is very difficult to handle. Maybe next visit will be better but doubt it.
