I loved the curb side service offered for Covid 19. I wouldn t dream of taking my pets anywhere else. Love all the staff!!!

I arrived at the appointed time that I was notified online. I stayed in my truck, as requested on the posted door sign instructions, and called the office number that I arrived. The Lakeside staff came out to talk to me, and then carry each of my 4 kitties in their carriers (by turn) inside to be examined, get their shots, and then brought back out to me waiting in the parking lot (following the COVID procedures). I did not go inside that day. Each of my kitties came back calm, too. I was very pleased and thankful. Kudos to all the staff there Tuesday afternoon, June 16th. It was a hot day outside, too, for the staff members who also wore masks, AND each were VERY pleasant and helpful to me each step of the process. Thank you again!!!

A big THANK YOU to Dr. Collinsworth for his emergency care on Sunday for our dog, Bella! She is still recuperating at home but getting better from her dog attack. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

I would like to share that I was very impressed with the staff and doctor that treated our pet. They went out their way to come back out to the car just to check on a spot on our pet s head to make sure she is ok. I greatly appreciate the care that your office shows.

I worried how my dogs would do with me not going inside with them. It went great no problems It was very easy with the techs getting my dogs & putting them back in the truck. Everything got done as was needed & billing was a breeze. Thanks for making this easy & safe.

the person that came to get my dog from my vehicle could have done it a little differently. she came to the car in mask ( a good thing) pulled open the dog where my dog was and reached in and grabbed the dog, without noticing that she was restrained. That is when my dog began to panic. It all went down hill from there and bringing her back was not any better. I believe taking a minute to speak to my dog to sooth her would have been the better choice and could have avoided the frighten and out of control dog that was the result.. We have bringing our dogs to you since 1995 and never had a problem before. Thank you for listening. See you next appointment
