QUESTION 6-I NEVER WENT INTO THE FACILITY. KATIE WAS FRIENDLY. THE DR WAS VERY THOROUGH. SHE IS PREPARING A DOCUMENT WITH ALL OF MOLLY S TEST FOR ME TO PICK UP TO TAKE TO MOLLY S DERMATOLOGIST. ALSO SHE PRESCRIBED NEOUROLOGICAL MED FOR MOLLY. I PICKED IT UP AFTER HOURS. THAT WAS SUPER NICE! THANKS

Even though it was different kind of appointment waited in the my vehicle while she was seen. The Vet called and told me what was done and how she was doing which worked out good. Thank y all for taking such good care of our fur baby!!

I was very pleased with the system that s in place to have my cat s check-up and shots required given.

A payment plan would be nice. I can t continue with her treatment being so high (medications, specifically).)

Guess the place was clean usually is. Don t like not being able to be in the office with my pups. Understand though.

With COVID new procedures, we don t go in but whenever I ve been inside everything is always clean and organized. The staff is nice and the vet called me to tell me how perfect my new puppy was. I really enjoy this vet.

I am always happy with your Clinic. I understand that we are in a really bad place as with Covid 19 effecting our interaction. However, I would have liked to have had more details as to how my dog contracted her problem and what we could do to help prevent, other than just a diagnosis. maybe add this to diagnosis.
