It would be very helpful for staff to inform the owner when picking up pet from the kennel how long it has been since pet has peed....my dog peed in the car on the way home, was only in car for 1-2 minutes when it happened. It would also be helpful to be informed when the pet ate last.

The very best Doctors and Staff there is. Would not trust anyone else with our Fur Babies.
