As a cat owner having to worry about dogs getting too excited to hear/see a cat the waiting room is not the best to recommend waiting. No option to discuss cost before or during appointment was given. Especially for a first time visit needing to know if payments are due in full at time of check out or payment plans can be offered would help with making best pet treatment decisions.

A month wait to get an appointment seems like a little bit of a wait but I do appreciate you guys trying your best to get somebody in if there’s an emergency.

Everyone is always so helpful and kind. We have come to this office for many years with our previous dog and will continue to with our new puppy.
