Dr Karmo & staff were excellent! They took the time to make sure we understood what Dr suggested as a treatment & the tests she recommended for Ellie to see what might be wrong. They were very caring and took the time with our Ellie Mae who is very afraid of people!

I’m so thankful I chose Petersen! Dr. Eike, and her genuine love for cats is amazing. I know we are at the right place!

Fix the automated system for text reminders: I always get TWO confirmation texts, back to back, for a single appointment. Also, two text reminders for an appointment. on two separate occasions, is overkill, IMO. Can you experiment with a single text reminder per appointment and see what results you get? // We re so lucky to have all of you!

Dr. Saunders is awesome! She is very patient and kind -- my cats never complain about seeing her (they complain about the car ride but not about seeing her...LOL!). She listens to my concerns and always comes up with solutions. I highly recommend Dr. Saunders and Petersen Pet Hospital....we wouldn t go anywhere else.

Dr Eike is so amazing! Theo was very anxious and she wrapped her arms around him and kept him calm. She treats all my cats like beloved pets of her own. Thank you!
