Absolutely an amazing experience. From scheduling the appointment to our visit with the Doctor. I had to bring both of my pups in along with my three children. They were great with my kids in having activities for them to do while waiting to be called back to allowing them to be there to love on and support their puppies during this experience. My kids even brought in a book and the vet in the book had the same name at the Doctor we saw that day Dr. Green. Dr. Green seemed to enjoy my kiddo reading that part of the book to her. Overall, the patience for my whole crew and the support and care we received were outstanding. I would highly recommend you all to anyone with a fur baby <3

Professional and personable staff.

Dr. Greene is wonderful and amazingly patient with our dogs. Our female is very afraid of going to the vet and Dr. Greene worked with us to find a way to a successful visit. We’re very grateful to have found such a patient vet!

I was very pleased with the given to my two dogs Bailey and Baxter. Had concerns about Baxter because he’s losing mobility in his back legs, having potty accidents once in a while. Dr. Knutson called today and addressed the tests she ran and recommended further tests for both dogs. Dr. Knutson was very kind and gentle with both dogs and so were both of her techs. Thank you for you top notch care.

my appt was right after the team meeting at 2:10 - would have been helpful to know that the building wouldn t be open until exactly 2:10.

I made an emergency call in the middle of the night. I was frightened and on no sleep upon arrival, spilled my coffee In the entrance, what a mess. Everyone from those who took it all in stride and cleaned up my mess to the wonderful Vet whom I had never met, helped me feel OK and supported and justified in my concerns. I want to thank everyone we interacted with start to finish for such wonderful and supportive care. It’s why I have been coming to Petersen’s for over 10 years and three beloved pets. Thank you for all of your care, concern and support! ????
