The Dr was very caring and compassionate in what is going on with my dog. He explained what was going on and told me it was not good. Even the follow up call the next day to let me know things are not what he wanted to tell me he still cared. It is a hard choice we have to make but everyone has been so nice through this process and I can’t thank everyone enough for loving on my dog while we are there. I would recommend you all to everyone for this kind service I have received in the past few days during a really difficult time

Fix the automated system for text reminders: I always get TWO confirmation texts, back to back, for a single appointment. Also, two text reminders for an appointment. on two separate occasions, is overkill, IMO. Can you experiment with a single text reminder per appointment and see what results you get? // We re so lucky to have all of you!
