We brought Alfie in because he wasn t acting like himself. We saw Dr. Smith and was a little hesitant because we had never met her. She explained everything well and consulted with Dr. Petersen since he knows Alfie. She was thorough and explained everything to us so that we understood what was going on. Thank you for helping us while we navigate through this.

Everything was great and the Dr. diagnosed my kittie s problem even though it wasn t the most obvious answer.

Dr. Saunders and the technicians were attentive, responsive, and forthcoming with information, diagnoses, and suggestions. Nothing was hurried, and questions were answered fully.
