Buddy wasnt the most cooperative getting blood for his heartworm test and the team was very patient working with him and did a great job of not making it traumatic for him. Great job distracting with the treats!

Fantastic experience yet again. We love coming here and appreciate the care given to Oliver. Such a huge relief to always walk in to see smiling faces that we know are going to take excellent care our fur baby. The tech did a great job on his nails and we are all thrilled with the results. We LOVE bringing Freddy and Pinky to PPH! You all are ALWAYS very loving to our pets! Dr. Saunders is so good at explaining what she’s doing and ?,what she thinks! When there are issues... she’s the one that calls back! The Techs are super helpful and so caring! The front desk gals are pleasant and always so helpful in person and on the phone! I so appreciate the compassionate concern and care shown my companion animal, Nessa. I am grateful that I hear directly from my veterinarian, Dr. Petersen, regarding critical test results. The staff at Petersen Pet are always great! This time they even went the extra mile when my dog Watson decided to be a grumpy old man and wanted nothing to do with anyone and we all sat on the floor with for his exam so he would be comfortable. You are all so wonderful!

Love the staff at Petersen’s especially Dr Saunders. Cost of care is slightly higher then surrounding vets but the personality and compassion of Dr Saunders keeps us coming with all our animals. She is especially comforting during the loss of our pets.

I was so pleased with all, from my initial call to set up an appointment to the young ladies who checked us out. Met with the staff in the room and with Dr, mcGinty, all who was very friendly and the Doctor spent time explaining and answering my questions and did a follow up call the next day as he said I could expect. I have already told my friend about your staff. I do promise to see that my Dog will do her business before she comes in your front door instead if relieving herself on the desk and have your wonderful front staff clean up after her! Dr. Eiche and the staff at Petersen Pet Hospital are great. They spend time with us to help us understand our kitty s treatment and are also great about follow-up. Highly recommend!
