I came to your pet hospital for the first time on Thursday 2/6/20 and doctor McGinty and the techs took such good care of Lola and Oscar! I truly cannot thank you guys enough for such a wonderful first experience. The staff is always wonderful to us. They all take good care of our dog and make sure she gets her cheerios! It was nice to meet Dr. Eike and would feel comfortable taking our dog to any of the vets.

Everyone at Petersens Is kind and considerate. Their level of expertise is incredible. I have a dog with medical special needs & the vets make sure he is well cared for.

This survey explores a very limited aspect of the Petersen Pet Hospital scope of operation. The survey items are consistent in quality and thoughtfulness, when compared with all the other components of operation.

We ve met with several doctors for our pets. All showed expertise and care. In addition to the doctors, the staff is also very helpful. We could not ask for a better Veterinary clinic.

I would certainly CONSIDER the 12 month injectable for heartworm prevention.

We are always met with friendly and helpful staff. They helped me during this last visit with Petlocity to regain access to my app signon after an email change. She went above and beyond what I would expect. Great staff!

The staff at Petersen s was awesome! Our cat does not like anyone other than us. We gave her a mild sedative to take her in for her required rabies shot. The Dr and staff were very kind and gentle, making sure to comfort her and talked to her every step of the way making sure she (our cat) stayed calm. You could tell they really cared about our family pet.

Thanks for being patient with our Dog! The entire staff we worked with during her visit helped with our dog s fear and shyness.
