The staff is always great with Harvey. He doesn t associate going to the vet as a bad thing. The passion in each one of them for what they do shows and it is/was very important to us in finding the right place to take our beloved pet.

Even though they were running very late. I appreciated them starting things up in the waiting area and periodically checking in. I m always pleased with the staff but this was especially true this visit as they clearly worked well under pressure.

Thank you for taking on a new patient so quickly, and being very nice with him.

We live clear on the other side of the city, near Kirkwood Community College, and still we drive out to Petersen Pet Hospital because of the care our pets get and because of the personable people who work at this facility. We brought in our sweet 14 1/5 year old baby (dog) thinking we were going to have to put her down. Dr. Saunders was wonderful. She diagnosed the problem, gave her 2 shots, some antibiotics. Abby came around within 48 hours. We couldn t be happier with such great professional people taking care of our pet. Thank You!!

Dr Saunders is always caring and amazing. The other staff are courteous and caring as well, including Sheldon, who was fantastic and getting the right preliminary information and helping to get a blood draw on my somewhat anxious dog, Lucy. Thanks as always!

Excellent excellent care for Naughty (Pretty) kitty! I was informed with every cost and detail before the appointment and updated daily on his progress. I was truly impressed and thankful for everything you did for him!
