I have always been extremely impressed with everyone at Peterson Pet Hospital. All three vets have seen my pets and all three were phenomenal as were the vet techs and secretaries.

My experience with Petersen Pet Hospital far exceeded my expectations! The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and inviting. The facility was immaculate and I heard them cleaning in between clients and utilizing the central vacuum system :)

After having spent the past few years at another vet and the service becoming increasingly worse, Petersen Pet Hospital was a breath of fresh air and just the place we were meant to find for the end of life care our beloved pet deserved. I couldn t have been any happier with the service we received from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the door - so thankful!

We had been with our vet in Michigan for almost 30 years. We felt that they actually cared about our furry family members, and us during our grieving process after losing one. When we moved here to Iowa, after visiting several offices I had begun to lose hope when trying to find a vet s office comparable to our Michigan vet. I am so very happy with everyone we have seen here, the care that is shown to our pets and to us, the cleanliness of your office, it really feels like home. Couldn t be happier!!!

Petersen Pet is THE BEST vet I have been too! Dr. McGinty is absolutely wonderful, very caring, pleasant, and truly compassionate about his work (and my pets!). He always greets my family and pets as if they are his own, and makes us feel welcome. Cannot say enough good things about him! Also, the assistant staff is helpful, always smiling and assists me with all my fur babies, as well as human babies :-) thanks so much guys!!

ALL of you are friendly, considerate and concerned about my little Sadie. Even my friend who drove us commented on the warmth and friendliness of the staff. So, keep up the good work and I will continue to spread a good word about you. Sincere thanks from both Sadie and me.

From the time you walk in the door, the staff & veterinarians are caring, considerate and knowledgeable. The lobby is always clean - including the pet scale. Highly recommend to everyone I know!
