You are extremely good with my pet. You worked very hard on diagnosis of her problems. I think you are a great animal hospital. I would be a constant customer if you were not so expensive.

All the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. I was satisfied with the knowledge and treatment of our pet. I would recommend this Vet Office to others. I was happy to know it is in my neighborhood. Thank you for assisting us when our regular vet was unavailable.

I thought the entire visit was wonderful. I called for a first time appointment at 7:30 and was seen at 8:30. The front desk staff was great, the techs were knowledgeable and friendly, and the vet was amazing. Prices were explained and given ahead of time. We were very happy.

the regular annual services for my 2 dogs came to approx $565!! Basic annual shots, rabies, an overall checkup, heartworm test, & flea/tick 3mth chew for each. I anticipated approx $300, so imagine my shock at OVER $500!! I put it onto my care credit, which I ve used for vet care for a decade, as long as it was over $500, I never had an issue with getting 12 months interest free...until now. I even called & inquired about ONLY 6 Mths...I was given a canned explanation of that s the way it is there at Stone s River!?!?!? OMG! I m getting more & more dissatisfied with the high costs for basic care & then to not even be able to extend the interest free option for a higher bill to 12 months. I WILL be finding a new vet SOON. I m a great furbaby momma, but I m NOT made of gold. There surely are more reasonably priced vets that are wonderful & caring locally. Also, $50+/- to clean their anal glans is ridiculous as well! NOT HAPPY

The ratings for every question in my openion would be a 5. I would like to praise everyone who works there. I was welcomed with friendly smiling faces. I Hardly had any waiting time. The procedure to be done on my pet was explained very clearly. I could not have asked to be treated any better, because I was treated wonderfully. I even received a phone call at home from a staff member just checking on the well being of my baby, which I appreciated so much. You can not change anything, no improvement could make it any better. It already is the best. I am a registered nurse and wish I could work with people as good as the ones that you have! Davona G. Skaar
