I care for my elderly parents so social distancing is crucial for me. Your staff was so accommodating and I appreciate them so much! Carol and the vet tech met me in the parking lot with masks on, to retrieve and deliver my Zoey, handle paperwork, payment, etc. I also appreciate your office calling to check on my pup the day after her surgery. Jo-Ann consulted with me about how I would like my cat groomed and suggested what kind of brush and comb to use in the future. This was our first visit as a new patient and the tech was helpful explaining what type of diet to keep Nikki

I do not believe in caging dogs, puppies yes, but I would have liked to know that Casey was second on the list for surgery. I was under the impression when I dropped her off at 8 that she would be prepped immediately for surgery to take place. Instead she was caged until noon. I would have waited in the lobby with her for hours if I had known. Yall might be desensitized but to us, owners,that s our babies. Some common sense and compassion goes a long way. This is strike two.

I had a bit of a wait but that was because they were kind enough to squeeze me in to assist me with my sick dog. Would suggest that all staff wear a mask when meeting clients

I am very happy with your service

The girls at the desk weren’t wearing masks and customers weren’t required to wear them either. Since cats and dogs can get Covid-19, as well as humans, I’m surprised masks aren’t required.

My only problem was that the waiting room was too full under our current conditions.

Especially during this pandemic, I felt MY safety was completely taken care. Much appreciated!!

Amazing staff and vet . Compassionate , great listeners and the facility has always been clean when we have been there . Vicki has been our nurse almost every visit and our dog absolutely loves her . Highly recommend
