I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service at BelleMeade. I sent my rescue pup here and did everything over text and phone and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with a vet hospital in my rescue experience and 25yrs of owning animals. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your kindness and support for our Stella. We had an emergency after she swallowed several of my husband s pills. Even though it was the holiday season and an hour before you closed during an ice storm you stayed to care for her! Our puppy’s first vet visit was a hallmark occasion for our family! From the warm welcome to the excessive number of snuggles he received, he was a happy boy. Dr Watkins even gave him treats so he wouldn’t feel his injection. He loved the assistant and gobbled down his dewormer. Dr Watkins is so gentle and kind as is the whole BMAH family. Dr. Milam is truly remarkable. My cat was being a real rapscallion- stealing our food, causing fights, smoking in the house, getting drunk, and we just knew something was wrong. He came to my house and picked her up (she put up a real fight, but wow, he is a nimble man) and managed to safely transport her to the hospital, and there expertly obtained lab samples, correctly diagnosed dental disease and proceeded to perform nothing short of a miracle on her utterly noisome teeth, then counseled the kitty on her errant ways. She returned a reformed, gentle and kind creature, and we discovered after all that trouble nothing was wrong- she was just a cat! If I could give 10/5 stars I would, and the best part was the doctor was EXTREMELY handsome and charming.
