I always find t4h staff very caring and helpful. Dr Conn takes all the time necessary to answer all questions Over the last several months I ve found that rarely do you answer the phones without a can you wait and being pt on hold. Wonder if you are missing clerical/phone people

All of the staff were exceptional while my dog was being examined and took exceptional care of her during our visit. They outlined every step of her upcoming surgery and recovery in plain English, and provided care for a separate problem she s been having. I ll definitely recommend Belle Meade Animal Hospital to anyone who s in need of top-quality care for their pets.

We love Dr Roberts & especially your Front Desk Office/appt making/do all things staff. They are so friendly & helpful & patient & kind & positive. I will return 10 out of 10 times to a Vet clinic that has friendly & professional people at the front & on the phones. Everyone is good with Animas ANd Humans too- sometimes difficult to find in past Vetrenarian offices. So thank you! We’ll be back!

Yes, the wait time seemed excessive while we were sitting in the car, waiting. But once Atticus was picked up and carried in, there didn t seem to be any time at all before we were called and, shortly, Atticus was back with us. I realize that, with only two vets, things can get backed up. Yes, of course. Atticus will be back. Thank you.

Shortest wait I have ever experienced in a medical setting. Very supportive and knowledgeable staff that was not pushy with recommended medications and tests. Will be returning and looking forward to the new location!

The Vet was amazing. While I appreciate that BMAA has perhaps become overwhelmed by the influx of people moving here, my experience was bad. Having been with you since 2014, with deaths, puppies and a rescue, my last visit was so annoying that I’m actively searching for a new vet. It is not the vets????? I love Doc Robinson and whomever recently treated Carter. Being that she is a bit of a lemon, I’m going to be there at LEAST once a month. Felt really bad last visit. Thank you for your service! I understand things change. You had been my saving grace but now ….hmmmmmm. That said, you don’t need my business. You are FAR too busy.
