I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff. They staff and doctors explained what they were doing and kept me informed on everything that was being done with my dog. I appreciate the professional and friendly way the appointment was handled.

My dog, Webster is a special case, he s a reactive rescue and comes off aggressive, I love the fact that the whole office makes the whole experience for him not as stressful as it could be for him. They make special arrangements when they know he s coming in. It makes the experience for me , as his owner, enjoyable. Everyone is so patient with him and make him as comfortable as possible. A huge special thanks to Shay, Brittany, Tamara and Dr. Hicks you guys truly are awesome and I appreciate all that y all do for Webbie and I when we come in.

I can t get the star value to set correctly, so I ll just say, they re 5 star on all counts. As always, the staff was very friendly and helpful and we really like the doc! We ve been using EastMoore for quite a while now for our dogs and cats and I highly recommend them.
