Great staff. Also very impressed with Doctor Neely Phillips. She was very informative of what was happening with our pet and what we needed to be aware of as our cat recuperated.

Other than waiting a half hour past the appointment time everything went good. I was also there 10 minutes early.

I was nervous because my dog was sick. They were able to squeeze me in even though we had not been seen there before. Tamara was so helpful and have me much needed piece of mind when I called. The Dr. was good with my dog and answered all my questions. The staff knows their stuff and were so good with my anxious dog. Definitely will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my first visit to your clinic and loved that you were attentive and caring towards Biscuit. My only suggestion would be to have waiting room chairs that can be wiped down... They all had a lot of fur on them. :)

As always, best care and service. We have used Eastmoor for almost 26 years and would never think of using another Vet. Pepper was spayed yesterday and received excellent care and instructions. Never too busy to take time to explain procedures and care.

The service for our baby girl was terrific. We are so pleased we are taking our new little boy.

Maybe sanitizer in the examination rooms. I had to clean up my cats poop, and no where to wash or clean my hands. Otherwise the experience was great and the staff was wonderful. You can tell they really care about the furbabies. Kevin the kitten felt very special. :)
