Love this Vet office and the staff. Casey is not a friendly pet and they know how to handle him without a muzzel, he does not try to bite anyone there. unlike the last Vet who automatically muzzeled him. We are new the Moore and needed a Vet.

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever had. I ve seen all of the doctors and most of the staff. From the people at the desk to the office, they are friendly, kind, and care about both my pet and me.

I think it’s unreasonable to charge full price for a nail trim when you’re already at the facility for an appt. The previous vet I used to take my pets to did not charge for these as long as they were added to an already established appt. A reasonable charge would be $10 (or free) for a 1 minute trim rather than $20. The $20 charge should only apply if the appt was made specifically for a nail trim. This has made me rethink my reasoning for leaving my previous vet. Other than that, the appt went well.
