The veterinarian, veterinarian assistant and most of the staff are outstanding. My only issue is the check processing. Every time, there is an issue processing my personal check. Usually it requires two attempts. On this last visit, the older lady (who has been there before and is in the wrong job) refused to do so. I had to use a credit card for payment. The issue is with the check processing system and it is every time. On past visits, the second run through works correctly. I am not the only one who has experienced issues with processing checks. If you don t want to accept personal checks, state so at the desk. If not, fix your machine.

Everyone at Plantation from the front desk administrators, to the technicians to the doctors were friendly, professional and went out of their way to accommodate both Shandy and me! They even let me sign out and pay the bill in the examining room because they know Shandy is afraid of other dogs! Plantation is the best!!!

The only reason it was not easy to get in and get scene was because I was specifically wanting to see Dr. Fred. Otherwise I’m sure we would’ve been able to be seen sooner. I love the staff and the doctors at plantation animal Hospital, especially Dr. Fred as he is cared for my dogs for years and years.

I do not like how you take my dog in the back without me to take their vitals. I would prefer to see what is being done and how my dog is being treated at all times. Everything else is wonderful though.

The Plantation Animal hospital is a wonderful resource for my two dogs. Dr. Fred is the best vet that I have worked with during my over 50 years caring for my pets. The staff is friendly and the office is well organized and productive. I would not hesitate to recommend your facility to my friends. DG

I did find out after requesting info on Sadie breeding that a cytology was not done during her ovulation packet. I understand the cytology is just part of the timing and I wasn’t charged separately for that. However, I do feel that I was shorted for the fact that I was told the cytology was part of the packet. Had I known a cytology was not done I could have done one at home. I guess I should have asked, but I assumed the cytology was being monitored as well. Other than that I’ve enjoyed working with the vets and staff at this office. Dr. Baker and Dr. Sheri have been very informative and I look forward to having puppies this year. Thanks for your help reaching our goals in the breeding program.
