The veterinarian was exceptional! She even stayed late to call me once she received the information from the veterinarian who performed the insemination. She was extremely kind, informative and helpful! Samantha was wonderful at sending information I requested at the appointment. However, when I replied very early the next morning, I never received a response to my questions to her emails. Your facility is top notch in equipment and sets the standard of clean! When I got back to Saint Augustine I told two of my friends about it

We had a great first visit with Dr. Hall and Ricah. They were very pleasant to talk to and were so helpful answering our questions regarding our new puppy. They made us feel very comfortable and we are very pleased with the care we received.

I have been to a lot of Veterinarians in my lifetime but none could equal my visit here. Dr. Fred had to deliver some not so great news but did it in such a way that I will never forget his kindness. Staff is amazing, patient, kind and so loving towards my fur baby. It was worth the 45 minute drive and yes, I will be taking it each time I need to take my fur babies. I love the on line registration. I love the website and the bios. The exam rooms and the entire facility is spotless. Even in this time of uncertainty with Covid, I felt safe there with my fur baby. The online store is amazing. I appreciated the time took explaining the bill to me. I truly cannot say one thing I would change. Thank you!

I am so grateful that Plantation Animal Hospital was able to see my dog. We are former clients, left because of a job loss in our family. They still took our boy in with updated paperwork and took care of his issue. The doctor called me explained what the plan of action was to be, and how to care for his wound.
