Your staff is amazing! I met Dr. Talbert for the first time and was extremely impressed by his bedside manner. Zeus took to him immediately and I knew right off that he was the man I wanted taking care of my family. A young lady in the office remembered my previous boy that recently passed after seeing him only once. I would not consider taking my pet s anywhere else. Love your staff!!!

Atlanta needs to be handicapped accessible!!

I arrived about 10 min before appt. Noticed that park space said to call TCREEK no & let staff no I was there. (I was not told when making appt that I would have to call in to let them know I was there.) I did call in right away. Had to keep my car running for 20 minutes as cats would have become too hot in the car. No acknowledged my presence at all during that waiting in the car time. One tech even came out when a white car pulled in. Tech came out and took cash from drive of that car. Did not approach me but went back into clinic. I was sitting in empty lot still no one came or called me back. Two other cars came. One person took their dog into clinic. No one called me still. 20 minutes later I went into clinic to find out why no one acknowledged my appt. A tech just coming to see me. Said there were technical difficulties!! Actual appt went well with Dr Lora and even tech. Not so sure I will stay with TCREEK because of the check in issue and no call back.

Extremely friendly staff. The office was super clean and tidy. Highly recommend this office to others looking for a new vet office.

I was quoted a different price on the phone, I ended up paying 30$ more for a little vial of ear mites medicine. So far, the medicine has not worked, and right now I can t afford another 30$. No one told me how long it would take to work, I should have asked.

I take my dog to the Lincoln facility. I have had nothing but positive experiences, from the staff all the way up. This time was no exception our dog has a few minor issues and the necessary steps were explained very clear by the Dr. The staff is friendly and educated and everyone truly cares about our four legged family members. Five stars

Well served and happy Assistant Casey is helpful with our large animal questions the other assistant seems short on that but got our information. Dr Fluty has been great trying we just have had difficult issues

Our first experience with Timbercrest was excellent! Dr. Ryan and all of the staff we encountered were very concerned and caring for our cat Roxie s ailment. Additionally, Dr. Ryan s diagnosis, explanation of the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing prescription diet plan have made a world of difference. Roxie is back to normal - and maybe even a little better than normal. :) Thank you!

Unsolicited advice, rude staff. A year into a pandemic and still am not sure they know how to run well together, nobody was on the same page at all.
