I cannnot say enough wonderful things about our first visit here. Thank you for amazing service from the entry to exit of our appointment. Thank you so very much for seeing/treating Scooby and his eye injury. Loved Heaven and Dr. Riggan!

I really loved my experience at White Rock Vet. Dr. Turner is an amazing doctor and I am very happy to have found a vet that can take care of my dogs that advocates for Fear Free practices. I work as a Veterinary Technician at a Cat Only Hospital and I am in the process of getting Fear Free Certified, it is nice to have a place that I can trust to care for my two dogs and two chinchillas, my only comment or suggestion is that it would be very nice if you guys had a discount for people that work in the veterinary field. I have been to specialty hospitals and other practices where they offer a 10% discount for those in the field. Regardless of you implementing this or not I will be coming back to you. Believe me, the drive to get to you is 1 1/2 hours but Dr. Breitreiter (the doctor I work for) recommended this Hospital when my chinchilla had conjuntivitis and since then I was really happy with you, then she recommended Dr. Turner to see my dogs and I have no words that can express how awesome I think she is. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I was very happy with Dr. Lempert, she was very thorough and I felt that she was very knowledgable about rabbits. She addressed all of my concerns that I had with a different vet I had taken my rabbits to and took the time to draw out a diagram and explain what was going on. I was very happy to have found you guys and will continue to bring my rabbits here!

We are new dog owners. The staff was professional. Our Dr. was thorough, didn t rush in and out. There was no hard sell of products or services. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Everyone took wonderful care of me and my crazy animals on this trip. I brought 2 dogs and one cat and everyone was seen quickly and efficiently. Everyone treated us with kindness and compassion too. This is our usual experience! We love White Rock Vet! Dr. Schroeder is the best vet ever and Eddie and the other techs always do a great job and spoil my fur kids!

I’d like to start by saying I absolutely love this place very much. Y’all helped me when it was time for my first dog to leave me and with our new dog while I was out of town dealing with a family emergency. The only thing I might say is to give suggestions on how to save money. We almost weren’t able to afford our bill but I asked if there was anything we can take off the list of meds or things we needed for our dog and something as simple as not buying the food there and making my dog the food at home was helpful in saving money. If I was able to afford to leave him over night I would have but that wasn’t an option due to financial circumstances. Possibly sharing what you recommend sending a sick pet home with and then giving ideas how to bc more cost effective for owners when possible. I will definitely continue to come to White Rock with my other pets as well as needed.

Dr. Riggan and Tina were exceptionally helpful. They explained everything to me thoroughly and asked my permission before they proceeded with anything. The itemized list of prices and treatments was so helpful, and Dr. Riggan really took the time to make sure we knew what was going on - even showing us the XRay and pointing out the problem spots. Tina was sweet enough to assist me and answer all of my questions, even though they were so busy! I 10/10 will be recommending all of my friends to go here! Thank you for fixing my Izzy! :)

We started taking all our pets to White Rock when we moved into the area--five dogs, two rabbits, and foster dogs. Their service is fantastic! The veterinarians have a great balance of technical knowledge, common sense based on experience, and open minds for finding whatever treatments and methods might work. Our dogs love the technicians and receptionists, too. The whole team is very professional, thorough, and accommodating.

The office staff is wonderful who go out of the way to help you and take care of your pets needs. Dr. Miller is the greatest and we are so lucky to have found her .

I would say keep up the good work, but the work you guys do is great! So keep up the GREAT work.:o)

We are always satisfied when we leave the vet. The receptionist was awesome and VERY friendly. I wish I knew her name but she is tall, short hair and i think she was wearing glasses. We liked her very much. I’ve taken my pets to petsmart for nail trims, and they were never able to do it. One of my dogs didnt care for them too much, but when I bring her here, she lets them hold her. My other dog on the other hand is a drama queen, but they seemed to have been able to deal with that..lol! I will not go to any other vet!
