Rude rude Your front desk has horrible bedside manner

Chico is very anxious at vet appointments. He bites and fights for dear life. However, at this office they put him at ease and was able to perform the necessary care for my dog. They answered my questions and gave me valuable information to better care for the health of my dog. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me and they seemed to be transparent about cost and services. I have found a great vet for my fur baby!!
