Our girl was spayed on a Friday. She was as wild as the Tasmanian devil the next day. Meaning back to normal. Phenomenal job and they really care for your pet. The Dr is fantastic

The cost was explained to us. We had told what insurance we had doctor office said we can bill to insurance when we called insurance they said we cannot bill because doctor was not in network Wish doctor office had told us that

You guys charge too much for the medication. When I look up online same medicine is $10 or more less. Also labs everything is way too expensive. Also before taking sample to test I would appreciate if you could talk about the cost for the entire procedure and the possible cost of the medication then there is no surprises. For all the reasons I was looking for some cheaper vet near me.

This would be an excellent practice if the first contact/ billing representative was friendly, accurate or welcoming. The disrespectful rude customer service sets the tone for the practice. First impressions go a long way. Dr. Singh and Izzy were outstanding and made up for the negative experience.
