Dr. Bond & the entire staff are Fantastic!! They are all always very pleasant & helpful. Most importantly, my dog enjoys going to this vet clinic & isn t afraid of Dr. Bond or any of the other staff members. In fact, Dargo,(my dog), loves Dr. Bond! As soon as he sees Dr. Bond, he runs right up to say hello to her.., and Usually to Offer her his 1 Paw that Dr. Bond Stitched up twice before. I m not sure if he is showing her that his paw is all better..., or if he is eager to show her that he will be a Good Patient & cooperate so she can examine him. Either way, it is adorable to watch!!

Gonzo received excellent care. Dr. Midtbo explained everything fully and clearly starting with what she would like to do after the initial exam, to going over in detail the X-rays and blood work that were done. We were told why meds were prescribed and what those meds would be treating. We are both very satisfied and appreciative of the care and attention Gonzo received.

Having owned animals for over 35 years, I feel that we have found the best and most caring individuals at Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic that we could ever hope for in the care of our animals. Dr. Emily Midtbo is amazing and has such a positive attitude and keeps us totally informed in language that makes sense. As long as we have pets, she is our vet.

HRAC are always accommodating to our animal needs. In general the offices are always neat and tidy, the staff are great, very congenial, the doctors are all very knowledgeable and explain problems well. My only wish would the price of keeping our pets healthy be more reasonable.

Costs at this clinic seem to be much higher than anticipated for what was done. In my case the vet had to send tests to a lab, I m not sure this was absolutely necessary. Other than that the visit was pretty simple, to receive a $500 bill does not seem in line with the amount of work performed.

The wait time, once in the exam room, is a little long. It would be great to have the assistant enter exam room at appointment time and Dr shortly after - say 5 minutes.
