After almost 10 years Westlock is still my preferred vet for all my animals. I always highly recommend. I have never felt that Westlock didn t listen to my concerns or care for my animals wellbeing. I just wish I didn t live so far away from the clinic

We’ve seen Dr. Patty since starting with the clinic two years ago and she’s always been amazing to deal with. I very much appreciate the care and attention she gives to Tucker and me. The front end staff are always pleasant and helpful whether on the phone or in person. Overall, very pleased with our choice of vet clinics since relocating to the St. Albert area. Thank you all!

We drive 50mins one way to come to this vet for a reason…. The staff is fantastic! They are kind and compassionate. They always try to help and give you numerous options for all situations. And they don’t jack up their prices ??

I was extremely impressed the personal care and attention the staff gave when I came for my dog s surgery. They reassured me that she would be in good hands, and even called me later in the morning to tell me what they found on the X-ray that they had to do. I also was called later in the afternoon once she was out of surgery and gave me an update on her status. I received very excellent and professional care even to the end. I was also impressed by the detailed after care information and education from the staff. Im so impressed by all of the staff and will be using this office in the future for any other care.

Dr Tannis is amazing, we felt great having our dog in her care she took lots of time to answer all of the questions we had.

I really enjoyed Sven as a vet. Kind, friendly, good at describing through the procedure, and good with the horses. My only comment is that post care instructions would have been appreciated/helpful either printed or emailed. He was not concerned about any problems coming up following the procedure, so I was also not concerned but I was still checking her 2+ times daily for anything interesting. I am going back one week later to have the same procedure done to my mare (Caslicks). In the future, perhaps discuss home herd situation and recommend that mares not be turned out in the herd especially with geldings following the procedure or until healed. A gelding mounted my mare and tore her stitches open. This is highly unusual for them, possibly warm weather and spring fresh overzealousness in the herd, and I did not anticipate it on my own unfortunately. Perhaps recommending for post care clients isolate mares for healing would prevent this from happening to someone else in the future. Thank you.
