Good work and caring for my cat Thank you to the entire staff

I have never ever received better care from any vet clinic in the last 40 years! Everyone is professional with just the right amount of friendly. They are a busy staff and I have never ever felt unimportant! Animal care wether it be large or small is fantastic! Thank you for all you do! 5 stars across the board from me and my four leggeds!

I appreciate you seeing my dog so quickly due to a dog fight but being on a pension I do think the $80 emergency fee is a little steep especially when she was only in there for 20 minutes. With that being said.....Thank you for taking care of my girl as quickly as you did.

Dr. Sven Pohl was so helpful and listened carefully. Totally helped my dog and made me feel comfortable, and when I said I didn t have much money, he tried different things to help me out, and that is the BEST thing any vet has ever done in the 14 years I ve been going to vets! very happy with that visit.

Always a pleasure to bring my pups in here! Akke was great getting the settled and Dr.Megan was great with them. They are always excited to come and see the staff :)

When we were in with our two dogs to have their yearly boosters, we were put into a waiting room. The dogs were getting stressed, barking and scratching at the door because my spouse was in the waiting room. ( we were both not allowed in the rom with the dogs). As we were waiting, I could hear a lot of laughter and joking about. I had my spouse ask how much longer it was going to be. Shortly after that we were looked after.

Office staff were very friendly. Janet. Was super helpful and knowledgeable to answer supply questions regarding safeguard dosing guns and parts for syringes.

The front staff were helpful and polite. They responded to our telephone call professionally and politely. Sven provided a very thorough explanation of our dog s diagnosis and needs. He was straight-forward, sensitive to the owners, and sequential. Thank you!

Quite happy with the service we received. Was a 2 1/2 week wait to get in, but surgery after appointment was the very next morning. Was expecting to get a text update as I marked it on the sheet, however understand as it’s extra busy with all the COVID regulations. I did call to get an update and was given one happily and quickly. Will always take my pet(s) to Westlock.

We drive many miles to come and see you. You guys are the BEST!!! We have never been as satisfied as we are now!!! You offer top quality service reasonably priced - You are awesome - I give you a top 100 award!!!! :)

I made a mistake of not introducing myself and so did the very nice young woman Vet that I saw. Should I wish to call and discuss one of her recommendations with her I will now have to look at the signature on the vaccination certificate. It would truly be nice if at all possible to deal with the same Vet as they get to know both the pets and their respective owners more fully.

Had to wait quite a while for my vet and then when I had 2 pet with appointments back to back the vet left and I had to wait for her to come back for next appointment. Lots of waiting for 2 simple appointments. She was friendly and helpful

Westlock Vet has been our go to, despite slave lake and athabasca being closer, I will continue using Westlock, staff are friendly, our pets are always in good hands.
