Amazing service every time, friendly and help staff and I always get great advice and service from the vets on staff. We drive 40 minutes to see Westlock Vet and it’s well worth it they treat our pets like family!!!

It’s unfortunate I had to wait 40 mins in the room to see the vet for a 5 minute appointment. Nobody came to communicate that I would have to continue waiting as long as I did or told me they were quite behind. I left the room to find out how much longer and couldn’t find anyone at the front to talk to. My dog is quite anxious at the vet and I would’ve liked to know that I would be waiting so long so I could’ve adjusted my plans with him and waited elsewhere.

We dealt Doctor Trevor Jackson on this most recent visit. He took the time to address all my concerns regarding my dog Bunzy of which there were many. It is unfortunate to find out he is retiring. We appreciate the effort and communication provided to us. We will most certainly continue to use your clinic. I would say in the past year it can be rather difficult to get an appointment for a pet. However staff is very friendly and efficient in person, vet care very good.

I think it was a great visit and the changes due to COVID-19 was effective and easy to follow.

I had an urgent walk in same-day visit (August11)....but all good. Did not meet the vet...Brenden...but the ph conversation prior to him seeing dog...and after worked fine. Pls tell Brenden that Ranger recovered from his diarrhea within 36 hrs and there was no re-occurrence. T.U.

Right from the moment I drove up and dialed the number; while following the clearly visible instructions on the sign, I found everything prompt and easy! The staff were sincere and helpful! The vet we seen was fantastic! I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who loves their pets.
