THE BEST ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

I find the front end staff extremely sufficient and friendly even tho they are often very busy. Appointments are on time and products are reasonably priced. All vets that I’ve dealt with over the years, both large and small animals, have been excellent.

My first visit and I was very impressed from my first phone call. I am bragging you up!

Walter was well taken care of. The vet answered any questions we had and was extremely thorough. We re so glad we started coming here and couldn t be happier with the care our Walter received.

Seemed to be over booked as we never got assigned vet, and when I offered to take esra to the back room staff denied me access until they concluded I should be there to calm esra down then all was good. Still a great vet clinic.

Love how good Westlock is with dogs/cats. I drive 2 hours just to get there. (Please open an office in Athabasca too! Lol!)

I really value my conversations with Sven and how well he listens and offers treatments. I drive from St Albert now because of how well Mabel, and my other animals, are taken care of.

The entire staff are great people that go out of their way to help. I am very impressed with the facility. Very busy place. The people work well together, are extremely engaged in the task at hand, very helpful, very respectful and always friendly. The waiting time sometimes seems excessive but it s worth it.
