I have a very scared pup and the staff was very respectful of her. They gave her time time and space to get comfortable, and I very much appreciate that.

The vet tech Michelle was wonderful with my pup and made him less anxious! And Ashlee is wonderful (as always!)

A key to the use of this survey would be helpful.

Great vet. Only complaint, the prices are getting pretty crazy.

As always, the vet, techs, office staff and facilities at Animal Health Center were pleasant and very helpful.

I love this vet office. The ladies in the front office are wonderful, and very helpful. The vets are knowledgeable and have extremely helped the health of several of my dogs.

I was very disappointed in the wait when I arrived. Two people at the desk didn’t even acknowledge me. Normally a person would say “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Others came in and waited, finally asked me if anyone was working. One guy waited for 15 minutes and finally left. Dr Ashley was really awesome. Thanks again and sorry for the complaints…..

Dr. Shawn is an excellent & caring veterinarian. Prices have increased considerably though, & it would be really kind if the prices went down to meet the needs of the clients. There’s not too many wealthy people in Laramie, & so many of us appreciate great care for our pets, & many would love a price break! This is a great clinic with caring & educated staff, who are also on a budget. Dr. Shawn has built trust in his services to the people of Laramie and their beloved pets. I’m just praying the prices will reflect our faith in his services in the future to help us all afford the wonderful care he so kindly provides!

Just waited an hour for a few shots, even though I had an appointment scheduled, animals were being seen long after we had been waiting. I know you guys were busy, but it became obvious that it was a matter of being seen based on if you knew the receptionist. Even waiting in line to check out, she was helping people behind me even though I had been standing there staring at her while she called up everyone at the back of the line.

I waited for an hour for my appointment ( a simple vaccine). I waited in the lobby for a 1/2 hour and the treatment room for a 1/2. My dog hates the vet and was very distressed the whole time. Finally, when I was getting ready to leave, the tech came in to explain that the vet was in another appointment and it would be a bit longer or I could reschedule. I chose to reschedule, but with another clinic and have had all of my dogs transferred to another clinic. Which is very frustrating, because I generally like your clinic, but the lack of customer care that day was too much to take.

Always a pleasure to work with staff and doctors in the care of my dogs over the years.

My only concern is the policy on the DAPP vaccine. In New Mexico this was considered a three year vaccine. It was the same in Texas, many years ago when I lived there. I refused it as my dog had it just last year and I felt a little judged by that, but I don’t want to give my dog something he doesn’t need. I don’t really understand why this policy is so different from other vets. Other than that we really liked the veterinarian we saw and the practice.

Just want to make everyone on the same page about how the microchip registration worked, there was a little confusion but overall great :)

Dr and assistant were very personable and remember our pets each time they come in. Know how to work with a skittish/scared dog without issue. Very professional.

I am so glad I have a vet I can trust.
